8. TPR bottom:

TPR is a general term originally, including TPV, SEBS, SBS, TPO, TPU, EVA and other products. TPR sole mainly refers to the common name of SBS modified shoe material (belonging to the application of TPR material). TPR shoe material is a new type of high polymer shoe material mainly produced by thermoplastic SBS. It has the properties of rubber and can be processed and recycled according to thermoplastic. It can be made into rubber products by injection molding, extrusion molding and blow molding with ordinary plastic forming machine. After hot melting, TPR particles were injected into the mold, and the molecules moved with emission during molding.

9. Raw rubber base:
Raw rubber is the general designation of unplasticized and mixed rubber, which is the most fundamental raw material for rubber production, including natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The raw rubber soles we usually call wear-resistant. The raw rubber soles here are actually cooked rubber soles. They are processed raw rubber. They just look like raw rubber. It's a mistake we made by convention.
Raw rubber has poor plastic building effect, low hardness, low density, easy to wear and break; the properties of cooked rubber are just the opposite, with good wear resistance and toughness. Mature rubber is widely used, such as automobile tires; raw rubber is only used to make low-grade household products, such as slippers.
10. PC bottom:
Polycarbonate (PC) resin is a kind of thermoplastic engineering plastics with excellent performance. It has outstanding impact resistance, good creep resistance, dimensional stability, heat resistance, low water absorption, non-toxic and excellent dielectric properties. It is a new modified polyurethane (PU), which has the advantages of environmental protection, low density (ultra light weight), thick surface crust (smooth surface), good toughness, not easy to break, good weather resistance, etc. It can replace EVA big bottom, EVA waterproof platform, blowing PVC bottom platform, wooden shoes, PVC foam bottom platform, etc.
This modified polyurethane wood like material is very light, with beautiful wood grain, temperature resistance, and adjustable degradation period. It is a new green material.
14. Tendon (Tianjin) bottom:
Thermoplast bottom, a kind of light yellow and translucent sole, is named for its color and character similar to cattle's tendon. " The term "tendon bottom" is used to describe that it is as strong as the tendon, but the tendon bottom is manufactured manually, also known as thermoplastic elastic rubber bottom. (it started with rubber cowribs. At that time, it was mainly used to make sandals and then connect this color with other materials, which was generally called cowribs color. It can be said that the tendon first refers to natural rubber, and then evolved into the name of color card.)
The rib bottom can be made of rubber or plastic, and thermoplastic rubber (TPR) is the most convenient. This kind of sole has beautiful appearance, good elasticity and wear resistance. It is comfortable to wear and silent to walk. It is a good sole material for tourist shoes and daily life shoes.
Rubber tendon: for a long time, there will be a layer of mist like secretion on the whitened surface; cut a little with a blade and ignite it with fire to form black ash and leave a little white solid, which is difficult to drip when burning, and there will be a little black smoke in the stink of rubber. (with the development of current technology, some rubber cow gluten like secretions may not appear.)
TPR tendon: cut it with a knife and ignite it with a fire. When burning, there are black smoke mixed with a little gray green. There is a kind of dripping phenomenon. There is a bad smell of rubber. The burning time is a little faster than that of rubber tendon, and a little black burnt solid remains.

15. Midea:

In fact, meinaidi (also known as laiban, leduobang and rubber imitation leather sole) is also a rubber sole, only with different processing methods. It's cheaper than Midea.
The main component of Meinai base is rubber, with fine texture, wear resistance and tortuosity resistance. Is infinite extension, general width in 1 meter, from rolling out of the press cut into 2 meters long. It must be cut with a punching knife and then polished and colored. The thickness is generally between 3-5mm, depending on the demand.
16. ABS bottom:
Acrylonitrilebutadiene styrene, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer.
ABS engineering plastics are generally opaque, light toothlike in appearance, nontoxic and tasteless, with the characteristics of toughness, hardness and rigidity. The combustion is slow, the flame is yellow, and there is black smoke. After combustion, the plastics soften and burn, giving out a special smell of cinnamon, but without melting and dropping.
It has excellent comprehensive performance, excellent impact strength, good dimensional stability, electrical performance, wear resistance, chemical resistance, dyeability, and good molding and machining. Disadvantages: low thermal deformation temperature, flammability and poor weather resistance.

PE bottom has good softness, elongation, impact strength and permeability, and good fatigue, wear and corrosion resistance.
18. SBR bottom:
Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) is a kind of polymer elastomer material, which is synthesized by copolymerization with butadiene and styrene as the main monomers. Its quality is uniform and pure, with less impurities. Soluble in benzene, toluene, gasoline, chloroform and other organic solvents. The unsaturated double bond in SBR molecules and curing agent form a cross-linked network structure through substitution or addition reaction. The SBR vulcanizate reinforced by reinforcing agent has higher physical and mechanical properties.
The vulcanization speed of SBR is slow, but the vulcanization flatness is good, it is not easy to over vulcanize, and it has excellent properties such as aging resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance.
